RESPONSIBILITIES To assist the Front Office Manager and the Assistant Front Office Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising the smooth operation of the Front Office Department.
To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.
Responsible for planning, organising & coordinating stewarding & events in line with Food Safety Regulations hotel policies & Standards
