Receptionist/Night Auditor

• SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience • 1 Year experience in a related position • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage

• Comply with prevailing legislations
• Knowledgeable and compliant to Rules and Regulations prevaling in the Establishment
• Ensure creativity and buzz activities are always present
• Respect and comply with all SOPs
• Ensure compliance to all safety standards
• Offer guests a friendly and efficient service at all times.
• Operates the telephone system as per standards and be responsible for the collection & verification of all revenues from different POS.
