Form III and above or equivalent, professional training and professional experience                         

Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy

Computer literacy

Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage

Provide spa treatments and product advice to guests as per Standards

Provide efficient product advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest

Take the responsibility of the Spa Reception during the absence of the Spa Receptionist in preparing the daily tasks (invoices, consultations, reports, inventories…) and operate as per Spa SOPs

Perform set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors

Re set up treatment rooms after each treatment
