Over the course of our 20+ years of experience in the exciting world of people management and training, we have observed how organisations tend to spend a lot of time in the resolving of HR issues within their workplace, looking for the ideal candidates to join their company or even simply trying to get increasingly cumbersome HR administrative tasks done.

The time had therefore come, in 2014, for us to make space and focus on the best of what we can do; providing a range of Human Resource Management solutions tailored to the needs of different businesses. Hence the foundation of Talent Lab.
