AREA SALES MANAGER

A company located in Port-Louis is looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing a team of Sales leaders/representatives to achieve their area targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve performance-related goals by training and motivating a sales leaders’ team.
• Capitalize on business-growth opportunities within allocated geography.
• Represent the company’s best practices and values.
• Take ownership for delivering results.
• Identify and recruit high-potential people who can add value to the company.
• Provide necessary training to support sales leaders' personal development.
• Carry out sales meetings and training workshops.
• Be a role model and provide timely feedback to maximize individual and team performance.

• Proven experience in the sales field
• Driving license is a MUST
