A leading global liner shipping company in Mauritius is looking for a dynamic customer service coordinator to join their team.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate in Business Management / Hospitality Management / Marketing / related
Customer Service Degree or graduates with up to 2 years of experience
• A Certification in the related customer field would be an added advantage.
• Communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making would be value
added benefit.
• Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
