About the Role:

Our client a UK HQ managed service company in Ebene is seeking a motivated Web Developer with experience in WordPress development, Elementor, and PHP. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, developing, and optimizing websites, integrating APIs, and collaborating with our Salesforce development team. This role provides a great opportunity to work with modern web technologies in a collaborative and creative environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Website Development and Maintenance:
 

• Build and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Maintain the company Intranet (PHP, SQL).
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Front-End Development: 
 

• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code for user-facing elements.
• Enhance websites with custom CSS and JavaScript for an improved user experience.

Back-End Development: 
 

• Implement PHP-based solutions for custom functionality in WordPress.
• Optimize databases and ensure efficient back-end processes.

Collaboration and Support: 
 

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to align web solutions with business goals.
• Assist with content uploads, updates, and overall website management.

API Integration: 
 

• Develop and maintain API integrations for external services and internal applications.
  Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

Email Template Creation and Maintenance: 

• Responsive HTML Email templates.

Testing and Optimization: 

• Conduct regular site testing for performance, security, and usability.
• Optimize websites for speed and SEO best practices.

Qualifications and Skills: 
  
Required:

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, and PHP.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with testing best practices.

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with debugging tools like Chrome Developer Tools.
• Server Side Script Experience.
• Advanced Custom Fields WordPress Plugin.
