As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Compensation and Performance Specialist to help us build and nurture a culture that supports our values and mission.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation frameworks that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with company goals. 

  • Performance Management:Assist in the execution of performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure compensation packages are competitive and reflective of industry standards. 

  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze compensation data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic HR decision-making. 

  • Collaboration with Leadership: Advise HR manager on compensation and performance issues, providing data-driven solutions to enhance team performance and drive business outcomes. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role, supporting cross-functional teams. 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 

  • Proficiency with HR software and HRIS (a plus). 

  • Qualities: 

  • Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about people development. 

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to diversity. 

  • Strong ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. 

  • A passion for sustainability and fostering a people-centered culture.
