As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Employee Support Coordinatorto help us build and nurture a culture that supports our values and mission.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Employee Wellness: Promote mental and physical health programs, and support work-life balance. 

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage employee transportation, supply distribution, and maintain records of company-provided items. 

  • Amenities Management: Oversee uniforms, including procurement, distribution, and maintenance. 

  • Employee Assistance: Address employee concerns and provide support on HR-related issues. 

  • Crisis Management: Assist with coordinating responses to crises and disruptions. 

  • Engagement & Retention: Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Education: At least certificate in Administration/HR Management, orother related field. 

  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role, supporting cross-functional teams. 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 

  • Proficiency with HR software and HRIS (a plus). 

  • Qualities: 

  • Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about people development. 

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to diversity. 

  • Strong ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. 

  • A passion for sustainability and fostering a people-centered culture.
