As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – People and Culture Officer at La Vallée des Couleurs Nature Parc (LVDC), you’ll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our people strategy. By partnering with leadership, you’ll help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and performance management. Your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of our team, ensuring that LVDC remains a place where everyone thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business goals, providing guidance on talent management, performance, and team development.
Drive Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, foster a positive work environment, and promote LVDC’s values.
Support Talent Development:Assist with training, career development programs, and succession planning to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for our team.
Manage Performance: Oversee performance management processes, helping teams set clear goals, give constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Resolve Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns and promoting a respectful, fair, and inclusive workplace.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Track HR Metrics trends and provide insights to improve decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
Ensure HR Compliance:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and best practices, ensuring LVDC’s HR policies are effective and compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role, supporting cross-functional teams.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency with HR software and HRIS (a plus).
