Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and prioritize executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, documents, and follow-up actions.
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Office Management: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.
Project Support: Assist in special projects, preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, supporting senior leadership.
Education:
Diploma in Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
