we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive with extensive experience in sales channel development and a strong network in the household and personal care products industry.

 

Sales Channel Development:

 

Identify, establish, and develop new sales channels for cleaning products within the region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including traditional shops, pharmacies hotels, restaurants, laundries and dry cleaners.

Leverage existing networks to expand market penetration and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Execution:

 

Promote and sell cleaning products to a variety of businesses, tailoring sales strategies to suit each client’s needs.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

Provide product training and demonstrations to clients to enhance their understanding of product features and benefits.

Business Development:

 

Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the company’s cleaning products portfolio in the region.

Research potential markets and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Marketing Coordination:

 

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.

Support the development of marketing materials, promotional strategies, and product positioning to increase brand visibility.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

 

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the company’s system.

Provide after-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and resolving any issues promptly.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term business relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:

 

Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on sales performance, business development efforts, and market conditions.

Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales channel development, business development, and marketing within the household and personal care products or related industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • A demonstrated track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities and creating long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns and coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to adapt marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
