Hotel Gardener

Position Overview: The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s outdoor spaces, ensuring they are attractive, clean, and well-kept to enhance the guest experience. This role requires a strong knowledge of plants, landscaping, and general maintenance practices.

• Landscape Maintenance: Plant, prune, and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns.

• Irrigation: Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
• Pest and Weed Control: Identify and manage pests and weeds using safe and effective methods.
• Seasonal Preparations: Adjust landscaping and plant care for seasonal changes and special events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a gardener or in landscaping.
• Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and gardening equipment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with irrigation systems and landscaping design.
• Basic knowledge of eco-friendly gardening practices.
