Product Leader

Maxiwear Ltd is a fast growing and dynamic company. We are looking for a talented product developer with the right attitude and experience to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for product creation off tech packs from design hand-off to sample delivery.
• Manage the fit and evaluation of prototypes ensuring all products meet customer standards and expectations
• Liaise with technical teams to assess feasibility of a product.
• Source new trims from suppliers.
• Maintain and leverage strong partnerships with our suppliers.
• Ensure products pass risk analysis and meet appropriate safety standards.
• Ensure seamless communication with customers, factory and suppliers.
• Excellent time management skill in order to meet deadlines.

Experience/Skills

• At least 3 years’ working experience in similar position.
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or Technology.
• Knowledge of Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
• Knowledge of light knitted fabrics, fitting, grading, garment construction.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and well-organized.
