Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their admin team.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in efficiently administrating the secretarial office and provide secretarial assistance to Heads of Department.
- Provide administrative & secretarial assistance to the Production Manager
Key Competencies:
- BSc / Diploma in Business Management, secretarial duties and / or any relevant experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional and effective communication skills, fluency in English & French.
- Ready to perform odd and flexible hours of work, including Sunday, Public Holidays.
- Comfortable in handling confidential information.
