Trainee Data Privacy Officer

We are looking for a Trainee Data Privacy Officer to join our team under the Youth Employment Programme (YEP).

This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Data Protection Officer on compliance and privacy management programs, ensuring our organization upholds the highest standards of data security and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer on the organization's compliance and privacy management programs.
• Review and refine policies and agreements to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations.
• Educate and guide privacy champions on policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation and awareness initiatives of the privacy program.
• Monitor and maintain compliance records.
• Conduct privacy and general risk assessments.

Candidate Profile:

• A degree holder in LLB, Management with Law, or Finance with Law.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A keen interest in data protection and privacy regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
