As a Qualitative Research Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the key to making our qualitative projects come to life. Whether it’s finding the right people to participate, setting up engaging focus groups, or conducting one-on-one interviews, you’ll play a hands-on role in gathering the insights that shape decisions.

Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like: 

• Connect with People: Build networks, recruit participants, and engage with communities for our research projects. 
• Plan & Organize: Coordinate logistics for focus groups, interviews, and other field activities—think venues, schedules, and all the little details that make things run smoothly. 
• Lead the Conversation: Conduct in-depth interviews and assist in facilitating group discussions to uncover valuable insights. 
• Be the Bridge: Work closely with our research team to ensure everything aligns with project goals. 
• Keep Things on Track: Stay on top of timelines and ensure we deliver results that wow our clients. 

• What You’ll Bring: 

  We’re looking for someone who’s great with people, loves solving problems, and can handle juggling multiple tasks. Here’s what we’d love to see: 

  • A knack for connecting with people and building relationships. 
  • Strong organizational skills—you know how to make things happen. 
  • Experience in qualitative research, event planning, or fieldwork (bonus points if you’ve done it all!). 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt when plans change. 
  • A willingness to travel for fieldwork when needed.
