Assistant Maintenance Manager - Trou aux Biches Beachcomber

Plans short and long term objectives of the Department in accordance with the Maintenance Manager. Assists in the planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising the departmental activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Plans short and long term objectives of the Department in accordance with the Maintenance Manager.
• Assists in the planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising the departmental activities.
• Ensures that assistance is provided to guests with special needs or requests.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure timely availability for repairs. Keep accurate maintenance and safety records.
• Assists in ensuring that the induction process for new employees is conducted properly.
• Ensures that all materials and equipment are in good running conditions at all times.
