ABOUT US

TNS Consumer Goods Ltd is a new pole of TNS Distribution that will focus on providing Fast moving consumer goods to the market.

The Company will begin with 3 main lines of products which are Personal Care, Energy Drinks and Condoms.

Aligned with the Group Strategy the company has for mission to become the preferred supplier for Consumer Goods on the Market in the next 10 years.

JOB DETAILS

In this position, the role of the Merchandiser is to arrange products, maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with the Sales Merchandising team to enhance the overall shopping experience and drives sales performance for TNS Consumer's products.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arrange and pack products on shelves according to company guidelines and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the inventory team for restocking as needed.
• Strictly adhere to planograms and always adopt FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to minimize write-offs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves and display areas.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement promotional displays and campaigns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while handling products and equipment.
• Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans
• Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products

REQUIREMENTS

 Qualifications:

• Higher School Certificate

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar position in FMCG.
• Familiarity with FMCG products and retail operations is a plus.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• Good analytical skills 
• Good Decision making skills

Behavioural Competencies:

• Good communication & planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in product placement and organization.
