The candidate will be responsible to provide IT services and support to business users.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high levels of IT services and support to business users
• Ensure systems performance monitoring and maintain 24/7 operation on critical systems
• Provide systems administration, maintenance of user accounts, configuration, and trouble-shooting
• Maintain servers, cloud-based services, and Operating System upgrades and patches
• Assist with the purchasing of new IT devices, licenses and coordinate same with IT suppliers
• Provide system support services, service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and service restoration
• Provide technical support on-site to users through tickets on helpdesk in a timely manner
• Create and maintain technical documentation of IT Systems
• Assist with the implementation and compliance of the Corporate IT policies
• Generate regular reports on IT Systems performance, health and capacity
 
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in a similar position
• Hands-on IT skills (Windows Server operating systems, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills, Setup and
maintenance of computer equipment)
• Proficient working with MS office365 applications, SharePoint, ERP software and communication systems
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps developments would be an advantage

▪ Ability to work under pressure and act upon priorities
▪ Good communication & team player
▪ Willing to work odd hours when required
