Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Participate in candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Support pre-employment documentation and background checks.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts and welcome kits.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Draft HR documents such as contracts, policies, and disciplinary letters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in managing grievances and disciplinary processes.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate and track employee training programs.
- Assist in identifying learning and development needs.
- Maintain training records and support compliance with learning initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data.
- Support benefits administration and employee documentation.
