Cut or prepare meats to specification or orders
Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
Keep inventory of meat
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
EXPERIENCE
2-4 working experience as Assistant Cook/Butcher in a Catering or 4*-5* Hotel environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
A Minimum SC/GCE O Level
NC 4/5 or alternative qualifications
Food Handlers Certificate
A Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
