• Customer Service- Attending to guest requests and queries and assisting as required
• Promotion and Up-selling of products
• Maintaining stock levels and inventories
• Billing and accounting of sales
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum school certificate
• Atleast 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Clean Certificate of Character is a must
• Fluent in English and French, knowledge of a third foreign language is an added plus
• Excellent customer relations
• Computer literate
