Division Details
- The Midmarket division caters to Belgian organizations with more than 100 employees.
- This division is a market leader due to its innovative products and customer-focused services.
- The Implementation unit designs, develops, implements, and maintains HR solutions for medium to large companies.
Job Role
- Support and advise clients on the eBlox HR platform, which includes modules for leave management, training, overtime, evaluations, and more.
- Implement changes, optimize existing systems, and provide solutions to any issues.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients maximize the platform's benefits.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in implementing (HR) software.
- Strong affinity with software and IT.
- Familiarity with HR processes and HR software.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is a must.
- Knowledge of XML.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative-taking, responsible, hands-on, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
- Good command of English and French.
