BDO Solutions Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented team player to support HR functions, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, administrative tasks, and event organization. Requires MS Office proficiency, flexibility, and strong communication skills in English and French.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by gathering necessary documentation.
- Assist in onboarding/probation management and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Screen candidate applications through different job portals.
- Schedule interviews/tests and liaise with different stakeholders.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR processes.
- Assist in the maintenance of HRIS
- Assist the HR team in administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Qualifications and Experience- Degree in HR or related field
- Demonstrates fair knowledge of the Employment Rights Act 2019
- Working experience in HR will be an advantage
- Proficiency in IT and Micosoft Office tools
- Flexible in terms of working hours.
