As our Occupational Risk and Resilience Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure work environment by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff.
We are looking for an Occupational Risk and Resilience Lead (Health and Safety Officer) to join Medine Group - Shared Services. As our Workplace Well-being & Safety Specialist, you will collaborate with teams to minimize accidents, maintain compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of well-being. Proactively identify hazards and recommend improvements to enhance overall workplace safety.
Your roles and responsibilities will involve (but not limited to):
- Coordinating and ensuring that all the incident is reported & recorded and investigated when necessary and actions are implemented to avoid reoccurrence
- Ensuring that monthly inspection report is done & reported systematically for the BU
- Monitoring and triggering the health surveillance program of the different BU and ensure completion and records keeping
- Monitoring and triggering the machinery Inspection program of the different BU and ensure completion and records keeping
- Coordinating and triggering the process for all Fire Certificate & other licence and follow up on the actions to be taken
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3 years of experience in Safety and Health Management
- Diploma / BSC Degree Occupational Safety & Health Management
- Good communication skill
- Extrovert and well spoken
