Travel Consultant

Mauritours Ltd a major player in the Mauritian Tourism industry since 1973 is hiring for immediate employment in order to cater for its sustainable growth and development. We are looking for a professional, motivated and dynamic Travel Consultant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls for the French market
Billing of Air Tickets
Verification of files
Attend customer queries

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Diploma in IATA
Minimum 2 years in Travel Agency or BPO services
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Fluency in french

WORKING HOURS

11:00 to 21:00
