We are currently looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Team. The role involves assisting the Nursery department in the daily administrative duties.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Nursery team to perform daily administrative tasks e.g. to despatch letters, to take minutes of meetings, to update dashboards, to follow-up on permits renewal and so on.
  • Ensure data is properly captured and templates are well filled.
  • Process purchase orders as and when required.
  • Perform relevant analysis of costs and revenues.
  • Process daily data to ensure that all payments are administered on due dates.
  • Effective planning of all repairs and servicing.
  • Ensure proper and structured filing of documents.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum qualifications: HSC.
  • A Diploma in Administration would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar environment.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised, meticulous, and pro-active.
  • Able to effectively handle priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
