We are currently looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Team. The role involves assisting the Nursery department in the daily administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Nursery team to perform daily administrative tasks e.g. to despatch letters, to take minutes of meetings, to update dashboards, to follow-up on permits renewal and so on.
- Ensure data is properly captured and templates are well filled.
- Process purchase orders as and when required.
- Perform relevant analysis of costs and revenues.
- Process daily data to ensure that all payments are administered on due dates.
- Effective planning of all repairs and servicing.
- Ensure proper and structured filing of documents.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum qualifications: HSC.
- A Diploma in Administration would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar environment.
- Fully conversant with MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised, meticulous, and pro-active.
- Able to effectively handle priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
