We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented candidates who are eager to join a vibrant and fast-paced company. This is a site-based position, with the location determined by the specific requirements of each project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the collection, storage and distribution of documents for all Project Stakeholders
Collect, organise and keep all company and project records in a confidential way
Ensure all documentation meet legal and contractual obligations as well as quality standards
Organise, store and retrieve documents for Project Management Team and Clients
Ensure that documents are prepared, managed and shared in a timely, efficient and accurate manner to support project development
Maintain updated soft and hard copies of all company projects and contractual documents
Improve the documentation process
Ideal candidate’s profile:
Minimum HSC
At least 2 years’ experience with similar responsibilities
Comfortable with IT tools
Good English and French writing skills
Ability to work at different locations, depending on project requirements.
