Blue Safari Leisure Ltd is hiring: Debtors Lead (Credit Control)

Blue Safari Leisure Ltd creates unforgettable marine and leisure experiences for visitors and residents in Mauritius. To support our growth, we are looking for a Debtors Lead to drive collections and keep our cash flowing.

What you will do

• Manage credit accounts for tour operators, DMCs, hotels, OTAs and corporate clients, including credit limits and terms.
• Make sure invoices and statements go out accurately and on time.
• Run a firm but courteous collection process and resolve disputes quickly.
• Allocate and reconcile receipts, including foreign-currency payments.
• Produce aged-debtors and DSO reporting and prepare the doubtful debt provision (IFRS 9).

What you bring

• ACCA part-qualified, or a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–5 years in accounts receivable or credit control, with 2+ years leading the function.
• A proven record of reducing overdue debt and DSO.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English and French.
• Experience with tourism trade partners is a strong plus.
