Boutique Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to oversee the daily performance of a boutique in Curepipe. This is a great opportunity for someone who leads by example, delivers a polished customer experience, and supports a team to achieve strong sales results.

In this role, you will manage boutique operations with confidence and care. You will ensure the store is presented to a high standard, support the team in serving customers effectively, and monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to build positive relationships will be key to your success.

You will also coach team members, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure customer needs are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate can balance people leadership with commercial focus and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.

What you will do:

• Supervise daily boutique activities and support smooth store operations
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve service and sales goals
• Maintain excellent merchandising, cleanliness, and visual presentation standards
• Support inventory control, stock accuracy, and basic reporting
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Work closely with management to improve performance and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

• HSC/Bac or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with supervisory exposure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead a small team and remain calm under pressure
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility
