GUEST SERVICE AGENT – FRONT OFFICE

Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is looking for a welcoming, professional and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join its Front Office team.

As a key point of contact for our guests, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences through personalised service, attention to detail and efficient reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth, professional check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest registration, room assignments and departure formalities.
• Process guest payments, invoices, billing adjustments and cashiering transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with concierge services, including restaurant bookings, transportation, excursions and special arrangements.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Promote hotel facilities and services while maintaining five-star hospitality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Guest Service Agent or Front Office Associate, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Good knowledge of check-in, check-out, reservations and payment procedures.
• Comfortable using hotel Property Management Systems; Opera experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Warm personality, professional presentation and genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
