Wellness and Beauty Advisor

MedActiv is presently looking for a Wellness and Beauty Advisor to deliver service excellence through the provision of professional and knowledgeable advice on wellness, beauty and skincare products.

He/she will be mainly required to: 

Main Duties

• Advise and guide customers in selecting the most suitable wellness, beauty, and skincare products.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product categories, brands, and promotions.
• Ensure products are well merchandised, displayed, and replenished at all times.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC).
• A qualification in Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Cosmetics, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, retail, or customer service sector would be an asset.
