Merchandiser

HealthActiv is looking for a a dynamic Merchandiser to play a key role in creating compelling merchandising displays, promoting leading brands and boosting sales across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Merchandising: Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers and enhance sales.

• Product Stockage: Ensure products are well-stocked, organised and in-line with Service Level Agreements.

• Promotions: Collaborate with Store Managers to plan promotional displays and seasonal merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.

• Customer Engagement: Gather customer feedback and insights to optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.

• Reporting: Identify the reasons behind sales performance and propose practical solutions.

Job requirements 

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Dynamic and proactive attitude.

• Holder of a clear motorcycle driving license.
