Key Responsibilities

• Work Closely with the Farm Manager.
• Mow, trim, prune, weed, and water plants regularly.
• Apply treatments as required.
• Keep gardens and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
• Operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment.
• Identify and report plant diseases, pests, or other garden problems.
• Dispose of garden waste appropriately.
• Perform general outdoor maintenance duties when required.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a gardener or in a similar position is an advantage.
• Experience working in hydroponic farming or hydroponic gardening will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of plants, gardening, and basic landscaping.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
