Job Profile 

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for Trainee Engineer to deliver product demonstration, attract prospective clients and maintain strong relationship with existing clients for our Industrial Engineering Department.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, sizing, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of industrial systems.
• Collaborate with hierarchical Engineers to analyze and improve existing systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to electro-mechanical system systems.
• Document technical processes, test results, and project progress.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through on-the-job training and training opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of mechanical systems, electrical and electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Valid driving license.
