Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the company's financial operations and driving quality to support business growth and development.

The incumbent will play a critical role in linking financial and operational performance and supporting finance teams to deliver an exceptional level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to analyze competitors' financial health, strategies, and performance.
• Strong skills in analyzing industry trends and market conditions.
• Proficiency in conducting SWOT analysis on operations and competitors.
• Expertise in scenario planning to understand potential future outcomes.
• Skill in providing data-driven insights using historical data and predictive analytics.
• Experience in financial modeling for new projects and investments.
• Flexibility to assist with ad-hoc projects and resolve operational issues.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• CFA Level 1 or ACCA/ACA qualified.
• At least 3-5 years’ proven experience in related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The role requires a high level of attention to details.
• Proficiency in Finance modeling and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent Organisational Skills.
