Our Sister Company Made to Shade Ltd is looking for a technician for our Aluminum department

 

The Outdoor Products Technician is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of Outdoor Living Products, with a strong focus on aluminium-based structures and products. This role involves technical support, site fixing, and after-sales service while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Installation & Assembly: 

  • Perform cutting, assembling, and installation of outdoor products, including aluminium-based structures.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct site fixing for all Made to shade products as required.
Technical Support & After-Sales Service:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team during manufacturing and site installation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product issues on-site as part of after-sales service.
  • Ensure that installation teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials for site interventions.
Site Coordination & Safety:
  • Work closely with other teams to coordinate project schedules and site activities.
  • Ensure the proper handling and secure installation of materials and components.
  • Keep the site clean and organized after completing work.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.

 

Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain records of completed work, report any issues encountered on-site, and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical installation, assembly, or site fixing, preferably in outdoor structures, aluminium, or construction-related fields.
  • Familiarity with tools, cutting, and assembly techniques; experience with aluminium structures is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to assess and resolve technical challenges on-site efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
  • A valid driving license is required for company vehicle use
