Provides technical support and assistance to customers or clients regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex technical products or systems.
- Provide technical support: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and service requests via various channels such as phone, email, or in-person visits. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Install and commission systems: Assist customers in installing and setting up of laboratory/medical/industrial equipment. Guide them through the installation process, configure software or hardware components.
- Conduct product training: Train End-users on the operation, functionality, and maintenance of technical products or systems. Create and deliver training materials (if required), presentations, and demonstrations to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the product.
- Perform maintenance and repairs: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance and provide feedback on customer needs, product performance.
- Document and report: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. Generate reports on service activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of relevant technologies, products, and industry trends. Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices to effectively support customers and provide innovative solutions.

- Attend to Customer Sales requirements and complaints.
- Prepare weekly basis the customer visit plan and customer report.
- Promote products commonly traded by the Company.
- Prepare quotations and small tenders.
- Assist Accounts department in the recovery of long outstanding debts.
- Ensure omnipresence of AfricaMED Ltd by constantly and regularly keeping touch with Customers.
- Ensures a clean sale.
