Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Team Leader to coordinate and oversee the technical team’s workload, provide support to ensure that they deliver, monitor any issues, and ensure targets and quality standards are met.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan work schedule with the Engineer / Supervisor & Client.
• Issue materials / Consumables for proper execution of work.
• Execute works to the highest workmanship level on site.
• Reporting to be done on a daily basis to the Engineer / Supervisor.
• Prepare technician report after intervention.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure that all documents pertaining to the site have well been submitted for invoicing.
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher National Diploma and/or DUST or BSc in Electro-Mechanical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Knowledge in electro-mechanical field.
• Good written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Good organisational and team management skills.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• A valid manual driving licence will be an advantage.
