8:30 – 17:00

Saturday

8:30 – 12:30

 

Job description:

  • Leadership & Supervision:

-        Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruitment agents to ensure efficient and successful volunteer recruitment;

-        Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, training, and performance feedback to team members;

-        Oversee the recruitment team's daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks to a high standard and achievement of recruitment targets within specified timelines.

-        Monitor recruitment metrics and produce a weekly activity report to the Operations Manager (number of calls, selection of profile, progress, difficulties, etc);

 

  • Compliance & Documentation

-        Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and reported in compliance with regulatory standards;

-        Maintain accurate and updated records in the volunteer database;

-        Ensure the protection of volunteer privacy and confidentiality in accordance with relevant data protection regulations;

 

  • Volunteer Recruitment & Retention:

-        Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse pool of volunteers for clinical trials;

-        Create and implement volunteers’ recruitment plan for each study and communicate relevant information and criteria to the recruitment agents;

-        Edit the content of the advertising posts and post on social media following approval of the Management;

-        Ensure the follow up of communication campaign on the social medias and ensure the right sorting and selection of the profiles;

 

  • Collaboration:

-        Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with study needs, including sponsors;

-        Act as the primary point of contact for resolving recruitment challenges and communicating updates to stakeholders;

 

  • Screening & Enrollment:

-        Ensure all volunteers are appropriately screened, and their eligibility is assessed per study requirements;

-        Edit, adapt the phone scripts of incoming and outgoing calls, and evaluate their effectiveness;

-        Oversee the collection of informed consent from volunteers in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines;

 

  • Quality Control:

-        Monitor the quality of volunteer recruitment processes and implement continuous improvements;

-        Design new processes and propose improvements in the recruitment process to optimize productivity;

-        Conduct audits and ensure all recruitment procedures are compliant with internal and external standards;

 

 

 

  • Qualifications & Skills:

-        Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, healthcare, business, or related field.

-        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, volunteer recruitment, or patient recruitment.

-        Proven experience in team leadership or management roles.

-        Strong knowledge of clinical research practices, and ethical standards.

-        Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

-        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

-        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-        Proficiency with recruitment databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

  • Preferred:

-        Knowledge in marketing strategies

-        Experience with digital recruitment strategies and social media platforms.
