The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our metal workshop, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of workshop operations, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all workshop activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working order.
• Prepare and manage the workshop budget, including cost control measures.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
• Present monthly progress reports of the Production department
