The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our metal workshop, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of workshop operations, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all workshop activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Prepare and manage the workshop budget, including cost control measures.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Present monthly progress reports of the Production department
Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized institution in Mechanical Engineering or Production and Operations Management.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role in the production field.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive/metal repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills across multi-generational workforce.
