To act as a link between the service advisor, customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
On the job training by assisting serving advisors in their daily tasks in the following:
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer experience from intake to delivery of vehicles.
- determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer’s description/vehicle verification.
- Follow up with service appointment and booking with planning officer.
- Generate estimates of repairs and quotation for customers.
- Liaise with Workshop Coordinator/Engineers and Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep record of all service repair order and update the customer database.
- Ensure an excellent customer service as per the Company procedures and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC Certificate or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools

- Multi-Tasking with proper Planning & organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driving license
