KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To prescreen the applications received in the ATS.
- To perform telephone screening of applicants
- Update accordingly the application status in our ATS.
- To send and monitor the assessment stage.
- To send daily report on the pipeline and overall status of the tasks allocated.
- To meet the required daily targets by MGT.
ATTRIBUTES
- Min HSC holder.
- Bilingual profile – English and French at C1 level.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus (bulk).
- Good knowledge of the BPO and Call Center environment.
- Flexibility to work odd hours.
