What’s Involved?
As the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office. This broad and dynamic role will give you exposure to a wide range of business operations, with a focus on supporting the CEO's day-to-day needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO’s Calendar: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, liaising with clients, investors, and internal teams to optimize the CEO's time and availability.
- Travel Arrangements: Make seamless travel arrangements, considering both business and personal commitments, and ensuring the CEO's travel schedules align with priorities.
- Information Management: Ensure that the CEO and executive team receive timely, accurate, and well-organized information, including formatting materials for internal and external communications.
- Gatekeeper & Gateway Role: Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO's time, ensuring access is managed in line with the company’s flat structure and values, while safeguarding time for the highest priority tasks.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and organization of occasional company and team events to foster collaboration and maintain company culture.
- Ambassador for Company Values: As a member of the Executive office, represent and promote the company’s core values and best practices in everything you do, setting the standard for excellence within the team.
What Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant with the following qualifications:
- Experience: Substantial experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar relevant role, ideally at the CEO/C-Suite levels within a fast-paced business environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A forward-thinking approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively suggest solutions.

Office hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm (flexible)
