Key/Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that products @ Bond are well stacked to allow proper inventory.
• Ensure proper storekeeping.
• Ensure cleanliness of bonded warehouse
• Assist in deliveries and provide assistance in receiving products @ bond - (Deliveries & Receipts as per FIFO).
• Give assistance while performing inventory @ bond.
• Assist in keeping proper records to allow for easy traceability-bills number on pallets.
• Assist in transfer and deliveries from bond to Duty Paid and excise to bond.
• Ensure space availability for forthcoming stock.
• Ensure that store runs efficiently.
• Advise potential risks & potential gain for Grays.
• Ensure minimum wastages and damages.
• Identify non-value activities - misuse (non-efficient use) of funds and employees.
• Conduct such other cognate duties as may be assigned.
• Assure everyone participation to attain our goals.
• Respect our workplace and be disciplined.
• Do not blame others for our wrong actions and take initiative.
• Give proper information and be trustworthy towards our duty.

EducationandExperienceRequirements:

• Form V or any equivalent
• Ability to work as part of a team, odd hours and under pressure
