Sports & Leisure Entertainer

• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement. 

• Offers solutions to guests’ requests and complaints. 

• Actively invites guests to participate in various entertainment activities. 

• Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program. 

• Propose solutions to all sport / evening entertainment operating problems. 

• Organise and provides services for guest at the sports / fitness centre according to Hotel standards and procedures. 

• Maintain effective and cordial guests relations and advise guests on programs, equipment and safety issues to achieve service excellence. 

• Be in charge of the opening and closing of the sports and any other access at the Sport Centre area, as per established operating time. 

• Test and verify all equipment of the sports to ensure their proper functioning. 

• Ensure that all the multimedia system and instrument regarding the band are in good and functioning condition. 

• Ensure fine tunings before the band starts playing. 

• Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / music for any special events. 

• Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned.

Candidate profile:

Qualification:

• Middle or Secondary Education + Additional  training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus 

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel industry.
• Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus.
• Experience working in remote island locations is a plus
• Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant role.

Technical skills:

• Ability to guide and motivate clients.
• Excellent time keeping and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sports and safety procedures related to them.
• Fluency in English and another language, written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
