The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the present and upcoming projects of the Park.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy Development

    • Perform competitive research to understand market trends and suggest effective marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market research and monitor products and prices for benchmarking.
    • Provide support for internal and external events, presentations, and other marketing activities.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and relevant.
    • Analyse marketing expenses versus budget and follow up on sales performance.
    • Work closely with the R&D department to support new product development initiatives.

Digital Analytics & Data Management

    • Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Web Trends) to track metrics and process data.
    • Manage large sets of data and ensure accurate tracking of marketing performance.

Campaign Design & Implementation

    • Design and implement marketing initiatives, campaigns, and enhancements to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and improve customer experience.
    • Manage email and messaging campaigns, including template design, call-to-action elements, and content creation.
    • Aid in managing social media platforms and website content.

Rebranding Initiatives

    • Lead and manage rebranding projects, including the development of new brand identities, messaging, and visual elements.
    • Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
    • Develop and execute strategies to communicate the rebrand internally and externally, ensuring alignment with market expectations and business goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of rebranding efforts on brand perception and market position.

Marketing & Communication Execution

    • Implement marketing and communication strategies for the park, including sponsorship planning and coordination.
    • Track and report customer complaints, maintaining and updating the customer database.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to effectively execute marketing and communication initiatives.

 

 

Requirements:

Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the hospitality sector.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and managing marketing campaigns.

 

Skills & Knowledge

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Instagram).
    • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords).
    • Ability to handle large datasets and track metrics effectively.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Experience with rebranding initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
    • Passionate about animal welfare and promoting related initiatives.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to cope with pressure.
    • Proven ability to work well with others and build effective relationships.
