Spa Therapist - Dinarobin Beachcomber

Provide a variety of high quality therapeutic services to Hotel guests according to Hotel standards and procedures Maintain an awareness of guest’s needs and well-being at all times and to advise guest on treatment and products as per needs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Spa Manager or any any other person designated by Management, the main responsibilities of the job incumbent will be to:

• Provide a variety of high quality therapeutic services to Hotel guests according to Hotel standards and procedures

• Maintain an awareness of guest’s needs and well-being at all times and to advise guest on treatment and products as per needs

• Set up treatment rooms and working area and to ensure necessary guest supplies, amenities and products are made available as per hotel standards and procedures

• Welcome and greet guests promptly and politely and accompany them to their required treatment rooms

• Provide guided tour of facilities offered along with all necessary information about services provided

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Secondary Academic Qualifications or equivalent
• Certificate in related field from the Hotel School or other recognised institution
• Previous professional experience in related function
• Fluent in English & French.
