About the opportunity 
As an Integration Software Engineer on our team; you will help us design, build and maintain custom HCM solutions. You will be empowered to design, code, validate, and ship code - all on a very quick cadence and in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll get to do

• Analyze, design, prototype, program, test, troubleshoot and support – the complete software lifecycle is in your hands!
• Design and build modules for reading/writing data from various systems. (API/FTP/SQL/etc…)
• Create unit tests and test data.
• Design and build data transformations and mathematical algorithms.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on Quality of Service.
• Closely collaborate with Solution Architects to design viable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in both Internal and Client-facing discussion regarding solution design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

 Skills and experience we value

• 2+ years of programming experience in C#, Java OR equivalent object-oriented programming language.
• Basic understanding of source control concepts.
• Experience with data integrations

• Experience with Azure Function Apps.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
• Experience with Azure Storage
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
